Youth Ministry: Provides young people (grades 6-12) from St. Mary and St. Joseph parishes with opportunities for faith formation, leadership development, social activities, retreat opportunities, and service projects. Adult volunteers are encouraged to help provide guidance to all our youth.
ADULTS:
Youth Events Chaperone
Supervise and/or facilitate events, or help with food.
Youth Advisory Team
Meet every other month, usually on a Sunday evening, with a team comprised of
both adults and youth to create goals, share ideas, and plan events.
Prayer Team
Specifically pray for the youth, Youth Ministry Coordinator, and youth advisory
team. You will receive a list of our events, as well as special intentions as they
arise.
Prayer Partner
Join with a youth spiritually throughout the school year as you specifically pray for
each other. Will assign partners in Fall.
Service Team
Join with youth to do service projects in the community or on service weeks (local or
national camps).

Peer Prayer Team
Specifically pray for your peers. You will receive any intentions from youth through
either e-mail or Facebook.
Small Group Retreat Leader
Lead small groups on “younger grade level” retreats
