Receptionists:  A welcoming individual to help in the parish office one-half day every other week or weekly.  Times: 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. & 12:30-4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday or 8 a.m.-noon Friday.  Duties include greeting people, answering phones, and doing light office tasks.  Substitute receptionist are also needed.

Abacists Subs (Sunday Collection Counters): Adults to assist a team to count the collection Sunday mornings from 9 a.m. to noon. Accuracy and an ability to follow procedures and instructions are necessary.

Stewardship Committee: Individuals with ideas to promote active stewardship of God’s gift of time, talent and treasure and each member’s responsibilities to God and our parish.

Plant Flowers: Do you have a green thumb?  Help plant annuals outside the church and along the sidewalk for two or three hours one day in early June.

St. Mary Cemetery Veterans Group: Place flags on veterans’ grave prior to Memorial Day for U.S. Armed Services Veterans of St. Mary Parish.

Finance Council: Adult parishioners with knowledge and experience in finance, insurance, law, building and grounds are welcome to assist the Pastor in the administration of parish assets (i.e. finances, buildings and grounds). The council meets monthly and helps oversees the budget process and preparation of the annual financial report to the parish.

Facilities Management Committee: Individuals act in an advisory capacity, making recommendations to the Pastor and Finance Council regarding maintenance, upkeep and capital improvements to all parish facilities. The committee meets monthly. In addition, volunteers are needed for specific projects, such as painting, trimming hedges, etc.

Scrip Sellers: People needed to sell Scrip after Masses on weekends.  Major holidays excluded.
